Ocean Key Resort & Spa, A Noble House Resort, Key West

We had a mixed experience at the Ocean Key Resort and Spa. While the location is fantastic and the staff did their best to provide excellent service, we encountered some significant issues during our stay, especially with the room changes and the plumbing. The dining options were good, and the amenities were nice but did not quite live up to the expectations set by our previous visit.

My stay at Ocean Key Resort and Spa was marked by a few memorable highlights, although there were some letdowns as well. The pristine location allowed us easy access to the lively atmosphere of Duval Street and breathtaking sunset views. However, the pool experience was marred by rowdy guests, which detracted from the serene vibe expected at a spa hotel. Overall, the amenities and service made up for some flaws, but there's potential for improvement.

I had an incredible stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from everything you want to see in Key West. My room was spacious and came with a gorgeous view, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make my vacation unforgettable. The dining options were amazing, especially breakfast on my balcony. If I had to point out a downside, the prices can be a bit steep, but the overall experience made it worth it!
